The live conversation with John Campbell was extremely exciting!!! Although having one small studder and not finalising a menu for him we both spoke with great passion.

Talking points of conversation were finding passion and pursuing it, working hard and surrounding yourself with the right people, the focus on the producers and eating what is local to us.
