A chat with Michael Fallow and talking Southland produce.

Recently I had the chance to catch up with Michael Fallow from The Southland Times. It was a relaxed conversation as we shared stories on travel, life and Southland.

It sparked inside me that Michael was hugely passionate about the Southland food story and was excited at the thought of Southland produce being used, showcased and taught through a column in The Southland Times and Stuff online.

The growers, the producers, the people whose very lives reach deep into Southland soil. Knowing their stories is part of the joy of appreciating the food they are able to offer us.
