SOUTHLAND SUPPER CLUB

What

‘Supper’ cooked by Southland chef Ethan Flack and his team in a different Southland location each month. The feast will include snacks followed by a fixed four course menu showcasing the best local, seasonal products Southland has to offer for a limited number of likeminded guests.

When

The Southland Supper Club will be held on the last Monday of the month. Doors will open at 6.30pm with guests to be seated by 7pm.

Where

Each month the Supper Club will be hosted in a new Southland location. Location will be provided when tickets go on sale for each monthly Supper Club.

Location will be a licenced premises with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available for purchase on the night.

Who

Local Southland chef Ethan Flack is behind this new dining option in Southland. Ethan will work alongside local establishments to bring you a seasonal Southland feast in a range of exciting locations around Invercargill and the Southland region.

Why

The Supper Club is a monthly opportunity for food lovers to get together and enjoy a seasonal feast cooked by Ethan Flack. Ethan will showcase local, seasonal produce in different venues in a relaxed atmosphere where the food and company will be the star of the show.

Additional Information

All diners will be served the same menu at the same time and the evenings proceedings will start at 7pm.

No refunds will be available once tickets are purchased. Date changes may be possible at our discretion but not guaranteed.
