Good Guise Paneer is unique in New Zealand with high traceability from paddock to product. Every kilo originates with the same cows, farm location, people, and made with non standardised, fresh raw milk.
They harvest super fresh, raw milk (only a few hours old) and it is delivered to their food processing facility for manufacturing into MooDew Paneer that same day. Once vacuum packed, it has a shelf life of 3 months whilst refrigerated.
Good Guise Paneer is real Paneer. It has excellent taste, colour, texture and handle.
