The site of Auld Distillery has been growing grain since 1883.
By combining grain from their paddocks and pure water from their own spring in their onsite distillery, their whisky truly embodies their grain-to-glass philosophy.
As one of only a handful of distilleries in the world to grow their own grain, Auld Distillery is about true seed-to-sip traceability. Not only is the grain grown on Auld Farm, but the water used to make their premium whisky is sourced from a pristine natural spring emerging from a seam of rock, right on their land.
